About the role
You will be the bridge between our Japanese clients and the campaign team in Kuala Lumpur. Briefs and monthly reviews come in Japanese, and you will turn them into a plan the local team can run. You will also present results back to the client, in Japanese, once a month. This is a client-facing role, not a back-office one.
- Translating client briefs into campaign plans
- Running monthly review meetings in Japanese
- Coordinating with the creative and media teams
- Writing the monthly report for the client
Requirements
- Experience
- 3 years or more
- Relevant experience

- Bachelor's degree or above
- Work authorization
- Malaysian citizens and PR holders
- Japanese at JLPT N2 level or above, including business email and meeting Japanese. Two years or more in marketing, advertising or account management. Experience working with Japanese clients is an advantage but not required.

Campaign briefs, creative reviews and monthly reports are all handled in Japanese with their marketing teams in Tokyo and Osaka. We need someone who can sit in those conversations and turn them into work the local team can act on.
