Hire Japanese-speaking talent in Malaysia
JMY Career Hub is a job board for Japanese-speaking roles in Malaysia. We publish your role, and applications arrive in your inbox. We do not screen, shortlist, or place candidates.
What we need from you
- Your logo
- SVG, PNG or JPG
- An email address
- Where applications should go
That is the whole list. You do not write the posting, and there is no account to set up or dashboard to log into. When the role changes, tell us and we update it.
How it works
- 1. We interview you
- About 60 minutes
- 2. We write the listing
- You write nothing
- 3. You approve the draft
- Within 3 working days
- 4. It goes live
- Applications reach your inbox
The interview is where the work happens. We ask about the role, the team and the workplace — including prayer facilities, halal provision and dress code, which most listings leave out — and turn the answers into the posting. Nothing goes live before you have read it.
Applications come straight to you
Candidates email you directly from the listing, with their CV attached. Nothing passes through us. We are not a recruitment agency: we do not filter applicants, recommend anyone, arrange interviews, or take a placement fee.
Slots, not job posts
A slot is one role live at a time. Close a role and the slot frees up for the next one — it is not a lifetime limit. Swap roles as often as you need to.
- Starter · 1 slot
- RM 500 / month RM 500 per slot
- Growth · 3 slots
- RM 1,000 / month RM 333 per slot · 33% less
- Scale · 5 slots
- RM 1,250 / month RM 250 per slot · 50% less
Six slots or more is quoted individually.
Paying for a year up front takes 15% off any plan. That is separate from the per-slot saving above — the two stack.
One condition: publish the salary
Every listing shows a salary range. Hiding it costs you applications, and it keeps the role out of Google's job search, which is where most of our traffic comes from. A wide range is fine — say so in the interview and we will publish the range.
